Dutch Incorporation Services ("we", "our", "us") offers services including but not limited to:

  • Company formation in the Netherlands
  • Tax number and VAT registration
  • Legal address and registered office
  • Document preparation and filing
  • Accounting and VAT filing support
  • Corporate secretarial services
  • Local director and legal advisory services

2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process

3. Booking and Payments

  • All services must be booked through our platform.
  • Prices are displayed in Euros and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is due upfront, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received.

4. Client Obligations
You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
  • Cooperate with our requests for additional documentation
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes

5. Delivery of Services

  • Timeframes for service completion are estimates and may vary depending on third-party authorities.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect or missing client information or by third-party institutions.

  • Any legal or tax-related assistance provided is general in nature.
  • You should seek independent legal or tax advice for specific matters.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if requested in writing within 48 hours of payment and before any service has commenced.
  • If a service has started, no refund will be provided.

8. Data Protection

  • Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR standards.
  • We use your data solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
