Welcome to Dutch Incorporation Services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all services provided through our website and booking platform, including the registration and support services related to the incorporation of businesses in the Netherlands.

1. Services Provided
Dutch Incorporation Services ("we", "our", "us") offers services including but not limited to:

- Accounting and VAT filing support

2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process
3. Booking and Payments
- All services must be booked through our platform.
- Prices are displayed in Euros and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is due upfront, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received.
4. Client Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
- Cooperate with our requests for additional documentation
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
5. Delivery of Services
- Timeframes for service completion are estimates and may vary depending on third-party authorities.
- We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect or missing client information or by third-party institutions.
6. Legal and Tax Advice
- Any legal or tax-related assistance provided is general in nature.
- You should seek independent legal or tax advice for specific matters.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- Refunds are only issued if requested in writing within 48 hours of payment and before any service has commenced.
- If a service has started, no refund will be provided.
8. Data Protection
- Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR standards.
- We use your data solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
